This 5 day Microsoft MCDST Certification course focuses on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully support end-users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) candidates on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 track are required to satisfy the following requirements:

Core exams (two exams required)
