1.  I am interested in completing a training course, how do I book my training?
To book your training, please contact CybaCoach and our Training Consultants will  guide you through the process of booking, and will answer any questions you may have about your training requirements.

2.  What does CybaCoach's training involve?
When you start your training with CybaCoach, whether it is Technical or Office training, our expert coach will give you a pre-training assessment to identify the individual areas your  training will be focused on. The coach will  discuss the course content, and any training requirements you have for your job role.
The coach will then produce an individual training plan, including both theoretical and practical, hands-on exercises, which will ensure you maximise your learning potential.

3.  How long do I have to complete my training?
You have 12 months to complete your training, allowing you flexibility to train anytime that suits your schedule.

4.  Can I take my exams at CybaCoach?
CybaCoach have both Pearson Vue and Prometric exam centres on site, allowing you to complete your training and take your exams in one convenient location.

5.  Do you offer exam pass guarantee?
At CybaCoach we are so confident that our training will enable you to pass your exam/s that we offer an exam pass guarantee.

6.  What if I have a question about the course content or material?
Through-out your training, our expert coaches are available in person and via email & telephone to answer any questions you have and to provide you with any help and support you need. If you have a question about our training, please contact us

7.  Do I get practical hands-on training as well as theory-based training?
When you complete your training with CybaCoach, our video trainer content will provide you with the theoretical content you need to maximise your learning potential. We also believe that it is important that students gain relevant  practical training that they can use in the working environment, and our expert coaches (having worked in the IT industry) provide essential 'real-world' knowledge and practical exercises through-out your training.

8.  What additional help do I get when booking my training?

9.  Who are the expert coaches?
Our expert coaches are IT trainers who have worked in the IT industry and can provide you with essential 'real-world' knowledge and help and support through-out the duration of your training.

10.  What date do your courses start?
CybaCoach offers a very flexible training schedule system. This means you choose the  training dates that best suit you, and you can schedule and re-schedule any training days with only 24 hours notice. This system gives you greater flexibility which is particularly important in the dynamic world of corporate IT, where each member of the IT department is business critical to their organisation.
